Welcome to Tranquil Trees. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Tranquil Trees is a UK-based small business selling handmade and wholesale spiritual goods, Buddhist-inspired décor, jewelry, soaps, and accessories.

These Terms apply to all orders placed via our online shop, Etsy, Shopify, or direct sales.

2. Products

Many of our products are handmade, meaning each piece is unique. Variations in colour, texture, or finish are normal and part of the product’s character.

Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible, but small differences may occur.

Some items (e.g., incense, oils, soaps) are for external use only. Always follow safety guidelines included with your purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes where required.

Payments are processed securely via trusted providers (Etsy, Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

Full payment must be received before orders are shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Tranquil Trees is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Certain items (soaps, oils, opened incense, custom orders) cannot be returned for hygiene or personalisation reasons.

6. Liability

Tranquil Trees is not liable for misuse of products (e.g., leaving incense unattended, improper handling of candles or oils).

Products are intended for personal use and home décor. They are not medical products and should not be used as substitutes for medical treatment.

We are not responsible for accidents caused by failure to follow provided safety instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, photos, and product descriptions are the property of Tranquil Trees and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Cynthia, including her likeness, character design, artwork, name, story elements, and all associated visual and written materials, are original intellectual property owned by TranquilTreesStudio.

All artwork, promotional material, and visual representations of Cynthia—whether digital, printed, or adapted—are protected under UK and international copyright laws (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works).

Usage Rights

No individual or entity may reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or publicly display Cynthia or her related artwork without written permission from TranquilTreesStudio.

This includes but is not limited to: digital art, merchandise, marketing graphics, and derivative designs inspired by Cynthia’s appearance or concept.

Permission may be granted on a case-by-case basis via a written license agreement.

Trademark

TranquilTreesStudio reserves the right to register “Cynthia” and her visual identity as a trademark for use in branding, marketing, and merchandise associated with TranquilTreesStudio.

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
