Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Handmade items (such as statues, wire trees, and soaps) may require additional time. Any delay will be communicated.
Shipping Services
All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail, Evri, or another reliable courier.
Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Express/Tracked options are available at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and size.
We offer flat rate shipping on most items.
Combined shipping is applied automatically for multiple items.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the UK.
Delivery Issues
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays.
Please allow extra time during peak seasons (Christmas, strikes, bank holidays).
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK), contact us for support.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
All items are carefully packaged.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier; refunds or replacements will be arranged where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please check your address carefully. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, following UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Soaps, oils, and skincare products (hygiene reasons).
Opened incense, candles, or aroma products.
Custom or personalised items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once returns are received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if you’d like something different.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For faulty/damaged/incorrect items, Tranquil Trees will cover return costs.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
